Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and making recommendations on our products.
  • Ensure the deli department is well-stocked and presented, with a focus on visual merchandising.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
