Qualifications/Experience:
  • 3-5 years of management experience
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Understanding of key success factors for discount food retailing
  • Awareness of the impact of an Associate Store Manager on:
  • Customer service
  • Employee relations
  • Merchandising
  • Sales and profitability

Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening, are essential. A commitment to superior customer service and effective issue management skills are also required. Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, is necessary. A solid understanding of all aspects of store operations and product management is expected.
