Position: Associate Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a consistently high standard of customer service

- Collaborate with sales representatives to manage credits and orders

- Maintain appropriate inventory levels through effective management
- Guarantee pricing accuracy
- Coordinate daily employee activities and serve as a resource for staff
- Perform any additional duties necessary to ensure excellent service and product quality
Qualifications/Experience:
- 3-5 years of management experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Understanding of key success factors for discount food retailing
- Awareness of the impact of an Associate Store Manager on:
- Customer service
- Employee relations
- Merchandising
- Sales and profitability
Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening, are essential. A commitment to superior customer service and effective issue management skills are also required. Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, is necessary. A solid understanding of all aspects of store operations and product management is expected.
