Store Manager

**Duties**:

- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive store sales and meet performance goals.
- Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize store operations and achieve overall business objectives.

**Skills**:

- Excellent phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and provide assistance.
- Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Proven experience in store management, including staff supervision and performance evaluation.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Sales management abilities to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving goals.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions based on trends.
- Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and inventory management.
- Experience as a store clerk or in a similar retail role is preferred.
