We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Responsive Logistics. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring the smooth execution of our business activities.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all necessary supplies and equipment are available.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Proficiency in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
