About the Role

Fusion Security Inc is seeking an experienced Operations Officer to join our team. As an Operations Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Management: Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Co-ordination: Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including data entry and assembling data for reports.
  • Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Setting: Private sector.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
