About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance and Insurance Manager to join our team at Markham Kia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling after-sales products, scheduling and monitoring daily deliveries, and preparing documentation for final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Sell extended warranty, insurance, and other after-sales products to customers.
- Delivery and Logistics: Schedule, monitor, and control daily deliveries with sales staff and customers.
- Documentation and Administration: Prepare and document all necessary documentation for final delivery, including finance contracts, extended warranty contracts, and insurance forms.
- Department Management: Take ownership of the department, including dockets and customer files.
- Funding and Finance: Responsible for all necessary funding, including license fees, down payments, finance funding, and leasing funding.
- Final Delivery: Responsible for completion of all final delivery paperwork.
Requirements:
- Experience and Skills: Proven track record in sales and finance, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Leadership and Organizational Skills: Ability to take ownership of problems and bring them to completion, with strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Qualifications: OMVIC license required.
- Education and Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales and finance, with a competitive winning mindset.
