About the Role:
The Overnight Steward plays a vital role in supporting our Food and Beverage outlets by providing award-winning service through attention to detail and ensuring the highest level of cleanliness. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish machine
- Maintain the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary, and food and beverage facilities
- Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
- Maintain the silver polishing program
- Utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner
- Sort, polish, and transport silver; designate damaged pieces for repair
About You:
- Capable of pushing, pulling, and lifting objects weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Preferred qualifications include prior experience in stewarding or cleaning.
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is desirable.
- Demonstrates the ability to quickly and positively establish rapport with a positive outlook.
- Possesses excellent communication skills.
- Must be available to work overnights.
- Ability to work in Canada.

Schedule & Hours:
As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Overnight Steward to be flexible in working overnights, weekends, and holidays.
