About the Role:
The Overnight Steward plays a vital role in supporting our Food and Beverage outlets by providing award-winning service through attention to detail and ensuring the highest level of cleanliness. This includes cleaning and sanitizing china, glass, and silver using a dish machine, maintaining the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, and utilizing and handling cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
- Maintain the silver polishing program
- Sort, polish, and transport silver; designate damaged pieces for repair
- Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
Requirements:
- Capable of pushing, pulling, and lifting objects weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Previous experience in stewarding or cleaning is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work overnights, weekends, and holidays
