  • Oversee subcontractor activities
  • Assess daily operations
  • Organize and plan daily tasks
  • Select and manage trade subcontractors
  • Prepare and present budget estimates for construction projects
  • Recruit, hire, and manage staff and/or volunteers
  • Supervise subcontractor activities
  • Develop and monitor construction schedules and milestones
  • Draft contracts and negotiate changes to agreements
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings
  • Manage budgets effectively
  • Direct procurement of building materials and land
  • Compile reports on project progressSupervision
  • Manage a team of 3-4 individualsTechnical Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Visio
