Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at DOMINOS PIZZA. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all team members are equipped to provide excellent service.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Manage Budget and Cost Estimates: Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that we are operating within our financial means.
- Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service.
- Maintain Records: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that we have accurate data to inform our business decisions.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of our progress and performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
- Supervision: 1 to 2 people, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and a team player.
