Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Karahi Boys is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining high standards of presentation, taste, and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring accurate inventory management and minimizing waste.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Setting: Food service establishment.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and physically demanding.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and team player.
