Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at ONroute. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain high-quality food and service standards.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure timely ordering and inventory management.
- Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize food service operations.
- Prepare and submit reports on food service performance, including sales, customer feedback, and staff performance.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Our food service facilities are fast-paced and physically demanding, with a focus on providing high-quality food and service to our customers. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a noisy, wet/damp, and hot environment, with frequent standing and physical activity.
