Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food and Beverage General Helper to join our team at Woodbine Entertainment. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, managing product flow, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Move beverage stock, inventory, and equipment while adhering to safety regulations
  • Receive and record food and beverage merchandise
  • Pick up bar orders and deliver to supervisors for punching in
  • Place orders for service depots and document all transferred products
  • Ensure timely delivery of requisitioned products
  • Deliver product to gaming outlets and bars
  • Deliver ice to bars and food products to Quick Service outlets
  • Clean and maintain service depots as needed
  • Ensure outlets have necessary cleaning materials and supplies
Requirements
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends
  • Obtain Smartserve certification prior to start date
