Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Server to join our team at CB Canada. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to our guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Outstanding Customer Service: Exceed guest expectations by delivering prompt, friendly, and attentive service.
  • Manage Table Service: Take beverage orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment: Assist with cleaning tables, counters, and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Perform Opening and Closing Duties: Participate in pre-shift and post-shift duties to ensure a smooth operation.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Certifications: Smart Serve Certification is an asset.
