About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at Royal Garden. As a key member of our dining team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure that all food and beverages are presented in a clean and appealing manner.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
    • Ensure that all equipment and utensils are clean and sanitized.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Ensure that all customer interactions are friendly, courteous, and respectful.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure that all inventory is accurately counted and recorded.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a food service environment is an asset.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
Work Environment

As a Food Service Attendant at Royal Garden, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. You will be required to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects. You will also be exposed to hot and cold temperatures, as well as cleaning chemicals.
