The Tenant Liaison Specialist position at Ontario Municipal Social Services Association focuses on providing support to vulnerable tenants within the portfolio.

Responsibilities include making referrals to community agencies, offering suggestions to address challenging situations, and building social work strategy capacity within the team.

The ideal candidate should have a Social Services Worker Diploma or Social Work degree, strong knowledge of property management in a Social Housing environment, understanding of low-to-moderate income challenges, interpersonal and communication skills, and knowledge of community and social programs.

Other requirements include independence, integrity, knowledge of relevant legislation, Ontario Driver's license, criminal reference check, and bilingualism is considered an asset.

A minimum of two years' experience in a related position is also required. The salary range for this role is $52,173.00 to $64,173.00 per annum.
