Rôle et responsabilités:

  • Répondre aux demandes et demandes de base et multiples des clients:
  • Traiter les appels de manière à garantir que les accords de niveau de service (SLA) sont respectés ou dépassés:
  • Enregistrer les appels, traiter les demandes et mettre à jour l'historique du compte avec les résultats de l'enquête:
  • Traiter et distribuer le courrier entrant et sortant pour plusieurs clients:
  • Effectuer la saisie des données et faire correspondre les documents aux comptes appropriés:
  • Interface avec les membres de l'équipe, la direction et les clients en référence aux problèmes de service client:
  • Examiner les rapports des clients sur une base hebdomadaire pour assurer l'intégrité des données:
  • Examiner et recommander des modifications aux procédures et au flux de travail au besoin:

Compétences et qualifications requises:

  • Diplôme d'études secondaires ou G.E.D.
  • 2 ans ou plus d'expérience en service à la clientèle ou autre expérience téléphonique
  • Expérience de travail avec les fonctions organisationnelles et le personnel
  • Expérience de travail avec des télécopieurs, des logiciels informatiques et des technologies téléphoniques
  • Expérience de travail et compétence dans l'utilisation de logiciels de support technique

Environnement de travail:

  • Actuellement à distance, avec obligation de travailler de nuit le week-end

Conditions d'emploi:

  • Vous devez détenir un permis de travail canadien valide durée indefinie
