About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cellular Network Technician to join our team at Mobile Care. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our telecommunications equipment and networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair faults in telecommunications equipment and networks
  • Inspect and maintain the operation of telecommunications equipment
  • Analyze test results and adjust or repair switching systems, networks, and associated equipment and software
  • Complete and maintain accurate test and service reports
  • Determine the nature, cause, and location of trouble in telecommunications systems
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment

This role will be based in an urban area, and you will be required to work in a repair and service environment. You will be willing to relocate for this position.
