About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cellular Telephone Technician to join our team at Mobile Care. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing telecommunications equipment, inspecting operation of telecommunications equipment, and analyzing test results to adjust, change or repair switching system, network, associated equipment and software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and locate equipment faults, and adjust, replace or repair telecommunications equipment
  • Inspect operation of telecommunications equipment
  • Repair or replace defective telephone equipment
  • Analyze test results and adjust, change or repair switching system, network, associated equipment and software
  • Complete and maintain test and service reports
  • Determine nature, cause and location of trouble
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Willing to relocate for this position
  • Fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, and attention to detail
  • Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, initiative, organized, reliability, accurate, and dependability
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with 35 to 40 hours of work per week. The language of work is English.
