About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cellular Telephone Technician to join our team at Mobile Care. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our telecommunications equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair faults in telecommunications equipment, including cellular networks and wireless communication systems.
  • Inspect and test equipment to ensure optimal performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze test results and make adjustments as necessary to maintain system integrity.
  • Complete and maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall system performance.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment

This role will be based in an urban area, and you will be required to work in a repair and service environment. You will be willing to relocate for this position.
