Key Responsibilities:

Sales Advocate: Handle incoming inquiries with professionalism, focusing on closing residential sales and scheduling services. Data Management: Assist Route Managers with data entry tasks, including reports, contracts, and Electronic Site Management (ESM). Financial Coordinator: Oversee bank deposits for checks and credit card transactions, ensuring smooth operations. Customer Resolution Specialist: Address residential account concerns, ensuring our clients receive effective solutions. Organizational Expert: Maintain orderly customer files and an efficient filing system. Scheduling Coordinator: Organize one-time work and home service appointments for Route Managers, ensuring follow-up for customer satisfaction. Month-End Contributor: Assist in completing month-end processes. Tag Management: Monitor missing tag reports to ensure all details are accounted for. Supply Manager: Order necessary office supplies to maintain operational efficiency. Chain Account Specialist: Manage chain account responsibilities, including reporting and procedural adherence. Team Collaborator: Provide support to branch staff as directed by management.
