Restaurant Manager Job Description

Norm's Pizza is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Team Leadership: Conduct performance reviews, negotiate arrangements with suppliers, and lead a team of 5-10 people to achieve business objectives.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans, implement strategies to increase sales, and negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment:
  • Permanent position.
  • 35 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English.
