Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding a portfolio of clients while managing the daily operations of complex accounts, including:

  • Ensuring client satisfaction and increasing revenue for your assigned business segment
  • Engaging with key client decision-makers to understand their perspectives and address their needs
  • Creating demand by aligning growth opportunities with the objectives of clients and prospects
  • Identifying and tracking potential new client business opportunities
  • Facilitating the onboarding process for new clients, including scoping and contract negotiations
  • Recognizing client preferences, emerging market trends, and best practices to address client challenges and implement effective solutions
  • Leading client teams to ensure the delivery of services meets established objectives, contracts, budgets, timelines, and quality standards
  • Developing team members and managing interdependencies across workstreams to guarantee superior client service and enhance retention
  • Aligning strategies and deliverables with client objectives, providing consulting support, carrier management, and implementation oversight as required
  • Supporting the requirements and relationships of the global benefits consulting team
  • Building internal relationships and collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams
  • Finalizing and delivering client presentations in collaboration with client service and Center of Excellence teams
  • Ensuring that team members adhere to internal excellence and compliance standards across all projects
