Position Overview:

The Technology Assistance Analyst plays a crucial role within the Technology Services department, ensuring the effective operation of information and communication technologies across various educational institutions. This position collaborates closely with the School Technology team to design and execute innovative classroom technologies and support mechanisms. The Analyst adheres to a structured framework to guarantee that educational facilities receive a high standard of service, enabling them to effectively deliver educational programs. A strong dedication to enhancing educational outcomes through technology integration is essential, with direct reporting to the Supervisor of School Technology.

Required Qualifications:

(a) A Bachelor’s degree or a diploma in computer science or information technology (IT);

(b) Valid A+ Certification or Network+ Certification;

(c) A valid driver's license and access to a dependable vehicle for travel between locations;

(d) At least 1 year of experience in IT technical support;

(e) Experience in a K-12 educational environment is considered advantageous.

Compensation:

This position is classified under the Professional Employees Group within the Education Entities Non-Union Compensation Framework at Band 5, offering a salary range of $51,138 to $63,923.
