Quality Documentation Support

Irving Consumer Products Limited is a leading manufacturer of premium tissue products, and we're seeking a Quality Documentation Support Co-op Student to join our team. As a Quality Documentation Support Co-op Student, you will be based out of Toronto, Ontario, and will work closely with our quality management team to ensure the highest level of quality in our products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality processes and documentation management systems. You will be responsible for assisting with the design and implementation of our Quality Management System (QMS) document management system in SharePoint, reviewing updated documentation with team members, and making necessary edits. You will also be responsible for converting existing SOPs from MS Excel to MS Word or MS Form electronic documents, developing new SOPs following established format, and submitting documents through review and approval workflows and uploading to SharePoint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the design and implementation of the QMS document management system in SharePoint
  • Review updated documentation with team members and make necessary edits
  • Convert existing SOPs from MS Excel to MS Word or MS Form electronic documents
  • Develop new SOPs following established format
  • Submit documents through review and approval workflows and upload to SharePoint
