We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physician Clinical Administrative Assistant to join our team at Appletree Medical Group. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide administrative support to physicians and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to physicians, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and coordinating referrals.
- Assist with patient intake, including taking medical histories, conducting limited physical examinations, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and clinic operations.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, billing, and inventory management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure excellent customer service.
- Completion of a medical degree and relevant clinical experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to providing excellent patient care.
