Head Dispatcher

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head Dispatcher to join our team at Canadian Flatbeds Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation network.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement efficient dispatch plans to meet customer demands and optimize resource allocation.
- Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Monitor and analyze transportation data to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the operations team to develop and implement process improvements and best practices.
- 3-4 years of experience in a dispatch or transportation management role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in dispatch management software and Microsoft Office.
