Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Spice Hut Canada Franchise Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Kitchen Maintenance and Organization: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Staff Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.
- Operational Management: Manage kitchen operations to ensure that we are meeting our culinary goals and objectives.
