Pita Pit Kitchen Team Lead
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Team Lead to join our team at Pita Pit. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, including food preparation, inventory management, and staff supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, and ensure that inventory levels are sufficient to meet customer demand.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train kitchen staff and helpers to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
