Job Summary

Deep King Ltd. is seeking a skilled Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our transportation operations, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods across long distances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Driving Operations
    • Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
    • Perform emergency roadside repairs to minimize downtime and maintain schedule.
    • Conduct pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Communication and Record-Keeping
    • Receive and relay information to central dispatch, ensuring seamless communication.
    • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption for accurate tracking.
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • Hold a valid Driver's License (Class 1 or A) and maintain required certifications.
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands
    • Work in a physically demanding environment, requiring attention to detail and ability to sit for extended periods.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Demonstrate strong judgment, organization, and teamwork skills.
    • Be a hardworking and dedicated individual who can work well under pressure.
Requirements
  • Will train individuals who are new to the industry.
