About the Role
The Senior Manager, Tenant Communications Specialist is primarily responsible for developing, implementing and managing the Account Relationship and Communications programs. This role requires a strategic approach and integration with the facility management, project delivery and other workstreams that are responsible for the delivery of services within the buildings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communications plan to ensure effective communication with clients, stakeholders and internal teams.
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective communication.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on client relationships and communications.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Experience in facility management, project delivery or real estate services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
