Waste Characterization Specialist

At CB Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled Waste Characterization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement waste characterization strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct site assessments and develop remediation plans to mitigate environmental risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution.
  • Provide technical expertise to clients on waste management principles and practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in waste characterization and remediation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in nuclear operations, waste characterization, or environmental remediation.
  • Strong understanding of radiation protection principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
