Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at FunctionAbility Rehabilitation Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and delegating work to office support staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Train staff and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Resolve conflict situations and monitor and evaluate administrative processes
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and flexibility
  • Organized and reliable with a large workload
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a private sector urban area with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English, and the work term is permanent.
