Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Cora Breakfast and Lunch Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize inventory levels and minimize waste.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
- Scheduling: Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and meet business needs.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry.
- Language: English.
- Work Setting: Restaurant.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
