Senior Technology Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Technology Specialist to join our Enterprise Content Management team at Equitable CA. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, configuring, developing, testing, implementing, maintaining, and modernizing Equitable's capture, imaging, and workflow applications.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Design and Development: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of medium to large workflow/automation requests and projects to support critical business objectives.
- Technical Configuration and Coding: Create, enhance, and support complex technical configurations and coding of customized solution components within the ECM framework, including integrations with various major systems within the organization.
- Collaboration and Engagement: Engage and collaborate closely with our business partners, senior ECM team members, and other IT groups to successfully design and implement quality integrated solutions.
- Problem-Solving and Research: Solve complex technical problems, track, and provide various solution options with impact analysis. Research new technologies and collaborate with the ECM Architect to make recommendations for the betterment of the business.
- Technical Support and Maintenance: Be part of a dynamic team that provides technical support and monitors and maintains Enterprise Content Management systems for solid availability and performance.
- Technical Design Skills: Strong technical design skills and ability to deliver complex solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Lead Experience: Experience as technical lead on larger integrated implementations.
- Analysis and Documentation: Ability to analyze and document existing complex custom processes and propose options for streamlining existing code/configuration, if necessary.
- Programming Skills: Thorough knowledge of C# on both.NET Core and.NET Framework as well as experience in building and consuming REST APIs.
- Software Systems Design: In-depth, hands-on experience with software systems design and development for both on-premise and Cloud-based solutions.
- Operational Support: Solid operational support skills, including troubleshooting system health and communicating effectively with business and other IT partners to define and resolve issues.
- Enterprise Workflow Experience: Working knowledge or experience with Enterprise Workflow, case, and queue management or automation solutions would be an asset.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills – can articulate complicated ideas in a clear and friendly manner, technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of networks, active directory, security practices, and server infrastructure.
- Education: University degree and/or a combination of equivalent technical education and working experience.
