Montreal, Quebec, Canada Ubisoft Full time

The primary objective of the Client Engagement Specialist is to orchestrate all promotional initiatives related to the Ubisoft strategic portfolio within their designated region. This role aims to enhance reach and interaction with local gaming audiences through various social platforms, thereby facilitating acquisition, retention, and revenue generation in alignment with Global Marketing strategies.

This position oversees the regional social media landscape by disseminating content provided by central teams while also crafting a localized tone of voice through the creation and publication of original content, either developed in-house or in collaboration with external partners.

Additionally, the role includes conducting quality assessments for Global assets (e.g., promotional images, brochures, trailers) as necessary.

As the primary liaison for managing social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Threads) within their region, the specialist collaborates with the Global Social Media team to coordinate a local content calendar for Ubisoft brands across these platforms.

Global Content Management:
Disseminate content supplied by Global Teams and adapt copy as needed (e.g., translation to French-Canadian) for posting on Facebook, Instagram, and X using the social posting tool, ensuring the accuracy of reporting dashboards.

Local Content Strategy:

Formulate localized social strategies for specific new releases and high-performing live games, including a content overview with defined KPIs (Impressions, Views, Engagement Rate) to support key products in conjunction with the product's Global calendar.

Plan social content for local product initiatives to be produced internally or through partnerships (e.g., social agencies, content creators).
Provide on-demand local post support for active live games, back catalog products, and Ubisoft corporate or multi-brand content.
Manage the local content creation budget in accordance with financial protocols.

Local Content Development:

Assist local product strategies and live games with social content created internally or by partners, ensuring alignment with the product's positioning, tone, and premium presentation while adhering to a consistent local social content strategy.

Acquire knowledge and skills in creative software (Adobe Photoshop & Premiere Pro) to enhance the ability to produce local social content internally.

Oversee agency and partner relationships and briefs to support local initiatives.
Cultivate a positive presence on local social channels by engaging with comments in line with internal guidelines.
Collaborate effectively with other local teams (Creators, Communications) to support and amplify relevant activations.
Monitor local plan execution at each pulse point to assess progress.
Contribute to regional newsletter updates by providing key highlights of local support for the pulse point.

Deliver a monthly performance report of local social channels for Global and Local posts, along with key insights.

Share best practices and content with other Regional and Local Social Media teams.

Quality Assurance:

Based on Global requirements, conduct quality checks for French-Canadian assets to ensure accuracy and correctness of translations.

This hybrid role necessitates regular office attendance.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned that fall within the scope of social engagement.

Deliver local social plan post volume and impressions/views.
Previous experience in Social Media and/or Community Management is essential.
Strong understanding of Social Media best practices (content, publishing guidelines, algorithm rules, etc.) and KPIs is required.
Proficiency in photo and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Premiere Pro & CapCut) is necessary.
Ability to collaborate with creative resources from briefing to approval is crucial.
Analytical skills to evaluate the performance of campaigns and assets are important.
