Role Overview
The Customer Experience Specialist serves as a vital support role for sales representatives and customer service teams. Responsibilities encompass managing administrative functions, enhancing customer satisfaction, and motivating sales personnel to achieve organizational sales objectives.

Main Responsibilities
The Customer Experience Specialist at Fastfrate Group should possess a solid understanding of supply chain management terminology and products. Essential responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with senior sales personnel to develop and maintain sales documentation.
- Establishing effective communication with Sales Representatives to ensure timely order processing.
- Enhancing the overall customer experience by promptly addressing inquiries.
- Participating in sales training to gain insights into the company's offerings.
- Assisting senior management by providing customers with updates on delivery timelines and potential delays.
- Coordinating the preparation and distribution of supporting materials to aid the sales team in generating leads.
- Maintaining organized sales records and reporting monthly objectives to senior management.
- Facilitating interdepartmental coordination to effectively manage the onboarding process for new clients.
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English is mandatory.
- Expertise in the complete Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce is essential.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or an administrative role is preferred.
- A Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree in Business or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with a flexible work schedule.
