Leasing Specialist - Student Housing Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective residents.
  • Conduct property tours and showcase available units.
  • Screen applications and process lease agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident information and rental transactions.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in leasing, preferably within the student housing sector.
  • Proven sales background with a focus on closing ratios and positive performance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities using facts, sound reasoning, and common sense.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with Yardi property management systems is an asset.
