We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Manager to join our team at BDC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leveraging your interpersonal strengths and network to generate new business opportunities while managing a portfolio of existing clients.
Key Responsibilities- Meet with entrepreneurs, clients, and prospects to discuss their business needs and identify opportunities for BDC's services.
- Execute a business plan aligned with the Business Centre's objectives, ensuring the growth and retention of current clients while acquiring new clients and creating a business opportunity pipeline.
- Analyze, negotiate, and present financing proposals, exercising credit judgment to ensure the success of our clients.
- Develop business relationships and obtain references through active networking within various associations and chambers of commerce.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, commerce, or business administration, or equivalent professional education or experience.
- Ability to learn quickly, understand numbers, and present clear arguments based on data.
- Experience with active listening techniques and a passion for entrepreneurship.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, with a well-established network in the business community.
- Excellent negotiation skills, results-oriented, and concrete goal achievements.
