Administrative Coordinator

As an integral part of AI TAX CONSULTANTS INC., the Office Operations Manager will oversee various administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of our office environment.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university program lasting 1 to 2 years.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year but less than 2 years in a similar role.
- Develop and implement new administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
- Assess and refine existing administrative protocols.
- Assign tasks to office support personnel and monitor their progress.
- Set work priorities, ensuring adherence to procedures and deadlines.
- Manage the administrative functions of the office.
- Assist in budget preparation and maintain financial controls.
- Compile data and create periodic reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative operations.
Responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.
Technical Skills- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and Google Drive.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Capable of meeting tight deadlines with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Demonstrated flexibility and organizational skills.
- Reliable and dependable.
