About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Senior Manager to join our Business Tax practice at RSM Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice to our clients, managing risk, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on corporate tax services, including planning, research, compliance, and tax accounting.
  • Manage risk for clients and the firm, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize clients' tax positions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver digitally-enabled business tax services.
  • Recruit and mentor junior staff, providing career guidance and development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, with a Master's degree or CPA In-depth Tax Program preferred.
  • At least 8 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax services.
  • Strong technical skills in tax preparation, with experience in dealing with international tax matters and tax reviews.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and colleagues.
