ADI Global Distribution is seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to drive sales performance and lead all operations of the branch. This includes hiring and developing a high-performing team, as well as working closely with customers and supplier partners to create and implement strategies that improve productivity and sales performance.

Sales Performance
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed targets and drive revenue growth
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve sales performance and achieve sales goals
  • Collaborate with customers and vendors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Monitor market conditions and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
Team Management and Development
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or management
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving sales performance
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual in English and French
