Restaurant Operations Manager

Tophat Billiards is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of food service staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Service Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Team Leadership: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and supervise a team of 5-10 people.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Recruit and support newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition and offer on-the-job training tailored to youth.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work 30 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
