About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team in Ottawa. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in our Ottawa market by building strong relationships with existing and new customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expand existing customer relationships, and negotiate sales agreements to achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Reporting and Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market analysis, and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of sales experience in a similar industry, with a proven track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English and French is an asset.
