Job Summary

Match Retail is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers, providing coaching and training to sales teams, and promoting brand awareness for our global client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day client liaison at a retail level
  • Foster strong relationships with retailers
  • Provide coaching to sales teams
  • Train retailer staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Conduct pre-scheduled training sessions weekly
  • Provide sales assistance at locations weekly
  • Gather market analysis and report market trends
  • Plan and facilitate training and launch meetings
  • Provide sales support through business advice and product consultation
  • Ensure stock levels meet product demand and report back
  • Support marketing initiatives through direct contact with sales points
  • Resolve issues affecting brand integrity and presence
  • Provide feedback to regional field manager and LG
  • Support go-to-market planning and promotional activities

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and French, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated experience in the home appliance sector
  • Minimum 3 years of selling home appliances
  • Experience as a field sales representative
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related discipline
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Prior success in training and motivating sales teams
  • Available to travel within the market

Additional Information

  • 40 hours/week (M-F), days
  • Base salary + car allowance + cell phone allocation + bonuses and more
