Marketing Communications Coordinator

CB Canada is seeking 3-4 enthusiastic and dynamic Marketing Communications Coordinators in the Halifax area. We are looking for individuals who prefer a full-time, in-person role, are open to training opportunities, and can showcase a robust work ethic.

Role Overview:
As a Marketing Communications Coordinator, you will deliver exceptional customer service, possess strong communication abilities, and excel in interpersonal interactions at our promotional events. Your responsibilities will include identifying client needs, addressing inquiries about our offerings, and proposing effective solutions. A positive demeanor and a commitment to swiftly resolving customer concerns will be key to your success in this position. Ultimately, you will ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to client profitability.
  • Welcome and guide customers
  • Provide precise information (e.g., product details, pricing, and after-sales support)
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding specific products/services
  • Assist in acquiring new business and expanding market presence through direct customer sign-ups
  • Complete sales transactions and gather new customer information
  • Collaborate with the promotions and events team to ensure outstanding customer service during peak periods
  • Inform customers about promotions and special offers
  • Relay customer feedback to management
  • Stay informed about new products/services
Position Requirements:
Key qualifications for the Marketing Communications Coordinator role:
  • Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in Canada
  • Willingness to engage with customers face-to-face at promotional events
  • Daily commuting to the Halifax office is necessary
  • Full-time availability is preferred, with an immediate start being ideal
  • Experience in customer service, retail sales, or call center environments is advantageous
