Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing and promotions team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing promotional campaigns, events, and marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of promotional campaigns, including events, marketing initiatives, and other channels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure promotional materials and activities are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Manage inventory and distribution of promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and giveaways.
  • Support the execution of promotional events, including setup, coordination, and breakdown.
  • Maintain and update promotional calendars, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities that can inform promotional strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure promotions align with business objectives and sales goals.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to promotions, such as scheduling meetings, managing budgets, and processing invoices.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
