Role Overview

This role supports our Leasing Consultants in the Central Region of our portfolio, seeking an enthusiastic, professional, and genuine individual with a flair for sales.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management- Oversee the training and development of the leasing team, setting goals and monitoring performance on a monthly basis.
- Collaborate with the National Leasing Manager to create action plans addressing any areas of concern, ensuring alignment with overall objectives.
- Communicate strategies and objectives effectively to various stakeholders.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Inspire and guide the leasing team to achieve optimal performance.
- Encourage prospective residents to schedule site tours through calls and email inquiries.
- Evaluate potential residents to match them with the most suitable communities.
- Promote the unique advantages of the property to prospective residents, encouraging them to arrange appointments.
- Coordinate open houses in partnership with leasing consultants as needed.
- Maintain vacancy rates below established thresholds.
- Achieve and sustain monthly rental goals.
- Participate actively in weekly revenue management discussions.
- Assist leasing consultants in negotiating lease terms to maximize property value.
- Enhance community awareness through business-to-business outreach.
- Perform additional marketing-related duties as assigned.
- Review and authorize all leases within the region.
- Compile and present reports on vacancies, leasing trends, and rent rolls.
- Distribute relevant leasing reports to stakeholders.
- Gather weekly leasing updates from consultants and share them with the leadership team.
- Provide a bi-weekly leasing schedule.
- Maintain the Availability Report and Daily Traffic Report.
- Perform other rental and administrative tasks as assigned.
- A broker's license for transactional purposes is required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are necessary.
- Must be a self-starter with initiative, creativity, and adaptability.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of individuals while being culturally aware.
- Thorough understanding of competing properties and current market conditions is crucial.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Availability to work Monday to Saturday during specified hours is necessary.
- Three weeks of vacation annually.
- Three paid personal days each year.
- Half-day off every Friday preceding a long weekend.
