Job Overview
Financial Analyst, Corporate Real Estate Management The Corporate Real Estate division manages global leasing operations, which constitute a significant portion of annual expenditures. The Financial Analyst will assist in evaluating the company's real estate portfolio strategy and related cost-saving objectives. Location - MontréalYour Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analyses to aid the Corporate Real Estate division in making informed decisions regarding cost-saving initiatives.
- Contribute to the financial forecasting of the global portfolio rent roll, including Cash Flow and Profit & Loss perspectives, as well as reporting processes.
- Support the preparation of quarterly presentations for senior management.
- Assist in real estate restructuring initiatives and their implications for Business Units on a global scale.
- Validate monthly report data extractions for Business Unit Finance teams in collaboration with the Romania teams.
- Aid Business Unit Finance teams in understanding and applying IFRS 16 standards (new leases, lease modifications, sublease accounting, provisions, etc.).
- Collaborate with the Corporate Consolidation team for quarterly reconciliations between Prolease and Epbcs.
- Assist in coordinating and gathering data for internal and external audits.
- Engage in various special projects and ad hoc requests as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- CPA designation in progress.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience; experience in the Real Estate sector is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of IFRS.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
