Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Coordinator to execute our marketing, social media, and email campaign strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling content, growing our social media presence, and ensuring our brand message is effectively communicated across various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar for daily posting on TikTok and Instagram.
  • Create and publish engaging on-brand content (photos and videos) for TikTok and Instagram.
  • Engage with our online community, answering questions promptly and fostering relationships.
  • Coordinate multichannel marketing strategies to drive brand and product awareness.
  • Coordinate and execute social media and email brand partnerships.
  • Report on marketing KPIs across Instagram and TikTok, providing actionable insights.
  • Manage our e-commerce stores and web updates, including promotions, product pages, and subscription programs.
Daily Tasks
  • Create, edit, and repurpose all brand-owned photos and videos for social channels.
  • Oversee and maintain daily social media activities, responding to customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Write copy for social media assets and email campaigns.
  • Manage Shopify backend, product pages, and marketing apps.
  • Coordinate and ensure email campaigns are scheduled in advance.
  • Execute community/influencer seeding initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in content creation (photography, videography, copywriting).
  • Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify) and experience managing online promotions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal oversight.
